Orphan *.import File Cleaner

Finds and optionally deletes all .import files that does not have a source.

Put the contents inside your project's addons folder, (create if none)
Then Project -> Project Settings -> Plugins and enable the plugin

The cleanup will be available at Project -> Tools -> Orphan .import file cleaner.
